It takes a Mother to clean House!
Congratulations to Scott Rigell and his team!
They won the election with 39% of the vote.

I am running for Congress in Virginia’s 2nd District because it is time to transform the conversation occurring at the highest policy levels in America by adding the voices of conservative women. The clock has struck twelve, the coach is a pumpkin, and we await the sunshine to illuminate the shadows. Election Day will be a turning point in the 2nd District.
My background uniquely qualifies me to bring important issues to the forefront, including caregiving, education, and family economics. There is an adjustment happening in America today – we are frustrated with partisanship and polarization – and we are galvanized to demand no more “run of the mill” on the Hill!
As a single mom, I know what it’s like to have too much month at the end of the money. As a former military spouse, I know what it’s like to say goodbye to your partner and co-parent for six months at a time. As a former teacher, I know the frustrations of an educational system that has plenty of money, but does not adequately compensate or show fruit for it. As a stay-at-home parent, I know intimately what being a caregiver means and the sacrifices this job entails- physically, emotionally, socially, and financially.
I am focused on fiscal sanity, a climate for free enterprise, smaller government, renewable energy, healthcare costs, education, immigration, and veteran’s issues. We must fight wasteful spending and show transparently how money is handled. The values we teach our children are not embodied by the majority of our current Representatives.

Thank you to everyone for your support. It was a challenging election and all the support toward the end was amazing. So many people helped and we learned so much– we’ll call on all of you next time!
THANK YOU SO MUCH!
